Our Launch Team will begin reviewing your Onboarding Submission and will have your profile created within 48 hours. Once we have complete information, we will meet and confirm our timeline for launch!

Your Market Center has a KW-recognized name that may be different from what you and your colleagues call it, as well as a KW assigned Market Center number.
We will ask for some specifics regarding your Market Center’s platform for Agent Compliance as well as the stages within the transaction that you require compliance submissions.
In addition to the Compliance portion, we will want to verify what online document storage platform is the predominant choice for agents in your office (e.g. docu-sign, dotloop, etc.)
Additionally, if we are new to your area, we will ask for any Transaction Management checklists and Compliance Checklists you have that you can share so we can compare our process to yours.
We are never in the business of displacing talent, so a big piece of our integration into your market includes connecting with local talent.
So if you know of Transaction Coordinators in your area, we will want to connect with those individuals and see if we can absorb them into this partnership while also making their world better.
Early Adopters are critical to the success of our launch. For this step, we will want a list of 5-10 Agents in your office that you feel would be great beta testers for our service. This allows us to learn, refine, and customize our process to your Market Center before we launch in earnest with the entire Agent population.
Communication and transparency are the cornerstones of a successful LevPros Launch, and we want to make sure we are communicating with your Market Center on all levels while staying in communication with each other.
So please be prepared to provide dates for the following meetings during our 90 Day Launch:
Your 4-8 digit Keller Williams Identification Number (or KWID) can be found in your Command Profile.
We use this number to accurately track and assign your files.

No problem! You will have the option to pre-load as many as 3 vendors per specialty.
We aim to create a fully custom experience for all of our agents. Your personal or team logo along with your most current headshot allow us to further customize your dashboard as well as provide you with co-branded marketing materials.
For your convenience, LevPros offers two billing options further outlined in our Payment Authorization Form, part of our Onboarding Profile.
The Payment Authorization Form will give you the following options:
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
To set up the EFT you will need your account type, the name on the account, your bank’s name, the account and routing numbers, and the address of your bank.
Credit Card
To set up credit card payments, you’ll need your card number, expiration date, the 3-4 digit CVV, the card type. and the account holder’s name.
Most of our services are paid at the time of settlement, and we collect a payment method for services not paid at settlement or not able to be paid at settlement.
