Executive Director
Jason Conner originally hails from the beautiful state of West Virginia and has called Philadelphia home for over a decade. With a background in community organizing and corporate consulting, Jason launched his real estate career in 2015. He has been a mega agent, mega team owner, coach, mentor, educator, author, and innovator – creating several successful small businesses with different partners. He has traveled the country teaching and engaging with tens of thousands of agents. Jason is the founding principal of the company now known as LevPros – and is proud to serve as the leader of such a diverse and talented group of individuals.
Senior Director of Tech & Operations
An Air Force veteran and former police officer – as well as surgical technologist, English teacher, geologist, and co-founder of LevPros– Jason is driven to give back to the country, the community, and his clients. Starting his real estate career in 2014, he was quickly drawn to the processes, systems, and administrative aspects of the industry, eventually becoming the director of operations for a top-producing real estate team, where he expanded his custom real estate management systems and strengthened his talent for leadership and training. As a co-founding member of the company, Jason is exceedingly proud of the culture we have built as well as the opportunity to lead others to their goals.
Controller
After finishing his engineering degree at the University of Florida, Nasim’s career began in operations management for manufacturing enterprises before becoming an executive within the Perry Ellis company where he managed logistics engineering and operations for the multinational fashion empire, then later became the director of operations for multiple federally qualified health centers. Tapped for his vast experience in process development and execution, he joined the founding team of LevPros in 2019.
Brand Manager
Melanie has been in marketing and advertising for over 15 years, with a focus on real estate and real estate services since 2018. Her passion for branding and design means she enjoys getting her hands on all aspects of the brand environment, from graphic design to event marketing. Outside of work, Melanie enjoys travel, great food, art of all kinds, and exploring thrift stores and flea markets for exceptional finds.
Business Development Manager
After 10 years in finance, Bob has been in the real estate industry for 29 years. Bob has dedicated himself to his passion through volunteer work at the YMCA, youth sports, and organizing community events. As a team leader and partner with Keller Williams Realty, he has been involved for 17 years on the operations side in multiple states. As a part of the role, he has extensive experience with launching ancillary services. He is the one to trust when you’re looking to provide additional streams of revenue to your market center or management group. Bob is not only a leader but a self-starter that gets the job done here at LevPros.

Project Manager
An educator across the board, Janet thrives on helping others in her community. This led to her leaving 12 years of sales and telecommunications behind to dedicate herself to her passion – teaching, doing volunteer work, and helping others reach their potential. Most recently, Janet began leading EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) discussions to assist with the progression of humanity and new generations, a passion that serves her well in human resources. She’s passionate about holistic living and self-improvement through art and expression – you’ll see that she is the heart of the bunch and her passions reflect greatly in her work here at LevPros.
HUB Director
Brandon, an Air Force veteran, honed his skills in health care sales before becoming a Realtor specializing in residential home sales in 2017. He enjoys spending time with family. On beautiful days, he can be found playing golf; on not so pretty ones, he’s a movie buff. But wherever you find him, he’ll be cracking jokes and giving it his all.
HUB Director
Jason, or JT, started out in another important aspect of the real estate process – hanging signs and lockboxes! He quickly advanced and became the primary transaction manager for a suburban Philadelphia real estate team before striking out on his own as a LevPros HUB Director. Downtime will find him exploring the great outdoors in his Jeep, fishing, or volunteering.
